Engineering Solutions provides the following services:

• Architecture Design and Planning
• Interior Design Services
• Exterior Design and Facade Planning
• Vastu Consultancy
• Project Management
• 3D Visualization and Rendering

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Provide access to the project site for inspections and consultations.
• Cooperate with our team and provide necessary documentation.
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements.

• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or quotation.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be charged separately.

All designs, drawings, plans, and other intellectual property created by Engineering Solutions remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• You will receive a license to use the designs for the specified project.
• We retain the right to use project images and designs for portfolio and marketing purposes.
• Modifications to designs require our written approval.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is prohibited.

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
• Delays caused by client (e.g., late approvals, changes, non-payment) may extend project timelines.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, government approvals, or force majeure events.
• We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

• We provide services with reasonable skill and care.
• Our designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations to the best of our knowledge.
• We are not responsible for construction defects, material failures, or issues arising from contractor workmanship.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the project agreement.
• No refunds will be provided for completed work or delivered designs.

When using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Respect intellectual property rights of content on the website.
• Not use automated systems to scrape or collect data without permission.

In case of disputes:

• Parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jharkhand, India.
• Indian law will govern these Terms and any disputes arising therefrom.
